1. Verbatim Analysis
Extracting the important information from verbatim comments can be time consuming and it's possible you may even overlook some items when there's so much information. ChatHarmoni let's you get right to the heart of the key themes and trends.
You can use ChatHarmoni in either the analysis area or after saving the comments to a story. Choose the method that suits your work flow.
ChatHarmoni Analysis
In the analysis area, create a verbatim analysis and open the ChatHarmoni panel to get started. The simplest way to have ChatHarmoni review the verbatims is to use the #interpret talent. You can also type your own questions to focus the analysis.

- Enter the interpret talent
- Enter your own question
ChatHarmoni Stories
Save your verbatim analysis into a story, click on the story view, and use the ChatHarmoni button to analyse the verbatim comments.
