1. Using FINDER
ChatHarmoni Finder let's you use the power of AI to search your Harmoni site on a particular topic. Type in a question and Finder quickly locates relevant projects, stories, story views, and dashboards that contain information related to your topic. Finder does not generate new analyses, instead connects users to existing content that they have created or has been shared with them.
Using FINDER is simple.
- Click FINDER in the global menu bar to open the panel
- Type in a question
- Click ASK or press Enter
- Harmoni displays clickable links for all related Projects, Story Pages, and Dashboards.
- Click FINDER
- Type your question
- Click ASK
- Harmoni returns all related items
Finder Results
Finder provides a summary of the results, along with clickable links for every project, story page and dashboard that relates to the search. Simply click the links to view and interact with each item.
Finder does not search directly for projects. It provides links to any project that is the source of relevant stories and dashboards.
Click the links provided in the personalize results to access the projects, stories, and dashboards. The Finder results remain available after clicking any of the links allowing you to revisit the list of items during your session.
Regenerate the Results
At any stage you can use the REGENERATE button to regenerate the results. ChatHarmoni will research the Harmoni site and may adjust the results.
- After completing a search click the REGENERATE button
- ChatHarmoni provides an updated list of results
Reset or Ask a New Question
You can reset the Finder panel if you don't wish to keep the history, or simply ask a new question to refine your search or begin a new query.
- Click the reset option to clear the history
- Type a new question
Dock/Undock the Finder Panel
When you open the Finder panel, it is undocked and appears directly below the FINDER option. You can click and drag the floating panel anywhere on the Harmoni screen. You can also choose to dock the panel. Clicking this option moves it to the right side of the Harmoni screen. The panel sits over the Harmoni screen and clicking outside of the panel closes it. You can reopen the panel by clicking FINDER again.
- Open Finder
- Click and drag the floating panel
- Click the Dock this panel option
- Click outside the panel to close it
- Reopen the panel by clicking FINDER
