In the Users area, administrators can access the user information for all users on the site. Admins can search for users and view the email address and last login, check their group access, transfer entity ownership to another user, view personalization keys, and remove site access.

Users is one of the key areas in the ADMIN menu. Here you can:
- View a user's information including:
- Email Address
- Last Login Date
- Group Membership
- Personalization Keys
- Switch ownership of a user's entities to another user
- Remove user access from the site
- From the ADMIN menu, choose Users
- You view all users with site access and their details
Site User List
All users with access to the site are shown on the left. Type in a name to find a specific user. You can use the filter icon to show users by role type, i.e., Creator, Explorer, Viewer or Admin. When you select a user, the user name displays an orange font in the list and details for the selected user display in separate sections on the right.
- You'll find all users listed on the left
- Use filters to narrow down the list
- Selected users are highlighted in orange
- Once selected, view details for each user on the right
Group Membership
Here you will find the group(s) the selected user belongs to.
- In this example above, the user has access to two groups
Ownership
There may be occasions, for example, when a user leaves the organization, when you need to transfer all the entities they own to another user.
- Entities are all the work items in Harmoni, for example, a Project is an entity.
- Depending on the license, this can include Projects, Constructions, Stories, and Dashboards.
- When transferring ownership, the person you are moving the ownership to, must have the same license permissions or more.
- Choose the user whose entities you want to transfer to another user
- Under Ownership, enter the new owner's name
- A gray box appears when a user is selected
- Click TRANSFER
- A pop-up will confirm the transfer
User Keys
Here you can view the personalization keys used on this site. These keys determine the default settings for users when they log in to Harmoni. As an ADMIN, you can update keys at the Group level only. You cannot change individual user personalization keys. In the Group area you will learn about changing group personalization keys.
- User keys help personalize the Harmoni experience
- In this example, the Global Filter is enabled, so global filter options are available
Remove Site Access
Removing access to a site does not remove access to Harmoni. The user may also have access to other sites.
- Select a user from the list
- Click REMOVE SITE ACCESS
- In the popup, click DELETE to confirm, or CANCEL to retain site access
