Saving a view in a story makes it easy to come back to and explore your analysis insights. From the story view, you can interact with graphs or tables, add comments, adjust time periods, and present each view in story presentation mode.

2. Add Comments to a Story View
Story owners can add comments to story views. Comments are available for all users to see.
- Click the comments icon
to access the comments text box.
- The comments icon displays a red dot
when the view contains a comment.
- When you export to PowerPoint, comments export into the notes
- To view comments in PowerPoint, access the View menu and select Notes Page
- Click the Comments icon
- Write your comment and click SAVE
- Export to PowerPoint
- View the comments in the notes section
Note: Although comments are exported to PowerPoint, they are not exported to Excel.
3. Story Presentation Mode
Harmoni stories can be viewed in a full-screen presentation mode. This allows the story to be told sequentially and cleanly, without any menus displayed. Share your Harmoni presentation with stakeholders, where you can access the full interactivity as you present the information.
- To enter presentation mode, click the full screen icon
- To exit presentation mode, click on the restore screen icon
, or press the ‘Esc’ key.
- Click the full-screen icon in the top right
- Use the arrow keys to navigate during the presentation
- Click restore screen to return to the preview area
