Saving a view in a story makes it easy to come back to and explore your analysis insights. From the story view, you can interact with graphs or tables, add notes, adjust time periods, and present each view in story presentation mode.

1. Interact with the Story View
When you preview a story view, you can interact with the graph or table without needing to load it to the analysis area. In preview mode you can...
- Easily scroll through large tables to view all the information.
- Interact with the time slider to adjust the time periods you see.
- Hover over legend items to highlight specific data points in your graphs.
- Load a story and click on a story tile view

2. Add Notes to a Story View
Story owners can add notes to story views. When you share a story, the Notes are also shared.
- Click the Notes icon to access the Notes text box.
- Type your insights/comments into the text box.
- Format the text as required.
- Choose, the export option for exporting to PPT. The default is to export to the Notes section.
- The SAVE button turns from grey to teal when active.
- Click SAVE. If you click away without saving, notes will not be saved.
- Click the Notes icon
- Write your notes and click SAVE
- Export to PowerPoint
- View the comments in the selected location.
Comments can be exported to PowerPoint, but they are not exported to Excel.
3. Export Notes to PowerPoint
When you create a new note, there are placement options available.
- Export notes to the PowerPoint Notes section
- Export notes as a Headline in the slide title
- Exclude notes from PowerPoint exports

4. Story Presentation Mode
Harmoni stories can be viewed in a full-screen presentation mode. This allows the story to be told sequentially and cleanly, without any menus displayed. Share your Harmoni presentation with stakeholders, where you can access the full interactivity as you present the information.
- To enter presentation mode, click the full screen icon
- To exit presentation mode, click on the restore screen icon
, or press the ‘Esc’ key.
- Click the full-screen icon in the top right
- Use the arrow keys to navigate during the presentation
- Click restore screen to return to the preview area
