You can also update views by loading them directly into the analysis pane, or use the presentation mode to present straight from Harmoni.

Save Changes to the Current Story
When you click the + icon to save the changes to the current story, all changes made to the story view while in interactive mode can be discarded, saved into a new view, or you can overwrite the story view to update it with your new settings.
- Click Load story view
- Click Open Project Tree
- Modify the analysis
- + Save current story view
- You can choose to Save New, Overwrite or Cancel
Save Changes to a New or Other Story
You can also click the drop down arrow to save the modified view in a new story or other story.
Load and Modify a Shared Story
If someone shares a story with you and you are not the owner, you can't change the existing story. There are two options for making changes:
- If you make a change to one view, you can save the single view into a new or existing story.
- Or, duplicate the whole story when you first view it. You become the owner of the duplicated story. This means you can make any required changes.
5. Save a Dashboard View into a Story
You can save dashboard views to a story.
- Add a whole dashboard view containing several charts
- Add a zoomed-in dashboard view of one chart
When you save a dashboard view or a zoomed view to a story, although you can access the Harmoni menus, you cannot open the project tree and drag in new items.
- Click a zoomed view and you can then load the story view and access the modify and visualize menu. You won't see the project tree icon.
- Click a dashboard view and you can then load the view. Before being able to see the modify and visualize menus, you need to zoom the chart you want to make changes to. You won't see the project tree icon.
- When you make changes to a view saved from a dashboard, and you save to the current story, Harmoni will always create a new story view and won't ask you to overwrite the existing one.
-
When viewing a dashboard you can:
- Add the whole dashboard page to a story, or
- Add one zoomed-in view to a story
- You can load the zoomed view, but you will not see the Open Project Tree icon
- You can also load the dashboard page from the story and then zoom the charts
In the story view, you can identify the dashboard or zoomed-in views from the view tile icons.
If you want to add a view and have the Open Project Tree icon available after loading the story view, you need to create the analysis directly from the project tree, and not add it from a dashboard.
