1. Use a Common Selector across Multiple Grids
When multiple grids are included in a dashboard, you can add a Selector that controls shared items across the grids.
- Shared axes or elements appear in the Selector on the dashboard, which allows users to choose the options that display in the dashboard view.
- When multiple grids have the same axes and elements, you can also rename the grid header in the Selector container.
In the following example, two grids have been added to the dashboard and they share the same axes and element labels. A selector container is also added and the grid header is updated by entering a container name creating a unified header name. After saving, users can use the Selector to display shared items across both grids.

- When axes and elements are the same, the Selector title displays the word Grid
- Rename the Selector container
- Click SAVE
- The grid header updates with the Selector name
