The Harmoni Knowledge Base contains all the latest how-to guides and we've made it even easier to access the information. Meet our new AI Support Chatbot where you can search and find answers easily.
Click the ? in the global menu bar, then ask a question and a summary description provides an overview. You're also presented with links to the relevant articles if you wish to explore further. If you need additional help, you have the option to get in touch with the support team.

Language Menu Enhancement
Harmoni's multi-language capability let's you share projects, stories and dashboards with a global audience and in this latest Harmoni release, we've made some small design changes to the menu drop-down.

Improvement to the Publish Workflow
When publishing a project there are two phases. In phase 1, the project is published and in phase 2, all the private user created items are updated. Previously, the Project Owner could not republish the project while the private user created items were being updated, but this has changed.
Project Owners can now republish during phase 2. When they click Publish again, phase 2 is halted and once the project is republished, phase 2 restarts from the beginning, ensuring all UCAs are updated correctly.
