1. Harmoni Support AI Agent
The Harmoni Support AI agent is a highly efficient digital helper, available 24/7, capable of understanding your questions and providing accurate answers in no time. Our AI agent is designed to enhance your experience and ensure you get the support you need promptly.
The AI agent will help you with Knowledge Base questions about using the Harmoni software. It cannot provide you with information about specific projects or answer questions about the data.
To access, click the ? help icon on the top right of the Global Menu Bar.
The Harmoni AI Agent presents three options:
a. Ask a Question
Harmoni Support AI agent is designed to leverage the wealth of information available in our Knowledge Base to provide precise answers to your questions. By quickly searching through our resources, it can deliver step-by-step guidance, ensuring you have the information you need at your fingertips, whenever you need it.
Additionally, Harmoni Support AI agent suggests relevant articles if you wish to explore further.
- Click the ? icon to open the Support Agent
- Select Ask a question
- Type the question in the message bar
- The AI agent provides an answer
- Suggested articles are also available to access
b. Activate a Feature
If there is a feature you require in Harmoni and you don't have access to it, please use the Activate a feature button. You can then select the feature and follow the prompts. The support team is alerted to your request.
c. Access the Knowledge Base
Click the Access the Knowledge Base button to access the website directly. Here you can navigate to the article you need or use the search option to find what you are looking for.
d. Get in Touch
While Harmoni Support AI agent does its best to resolve your queries, we understand that some questions require additional help. If you need more in-depth support, our AI agent will connect you with our expert support team. If an agent is available right away, they will reply in the chat otherwise expect to receive an email as a follow up to your request.
2. Conversation History
The Harmoni Support AI agent remembers your chat history to make our interactions more seamless and personalized.
Feel like starting fresh or have a new topic in mind? Just hit 'New Conversation'! This way, you get a fresh start with each new question, while still keeping the useful insights from your previous chats.
