You can export most Harmoni chart types to PowerPoint and they export in an editable format, so you can get them just the way you need them once they’re exported.
You can also export to a preset PowerPoint template to help customize your reporting experience.

1. PowerPoint Template
When exporting to PowerPoint, you can customize your story using a PowerPoint template. A two-page PowerPoint template, with a title page and a content page, can be loaded onto a site by emailing support@infotools.com.
- The first page of the PowerPoint template is the title page. This always appears as the first page of the PowerPoint file created when exporting from Harmoni.
- The second page of the PowerPoint template is the content page. This is used as the template page for each exported view from Harmoni.
- Top, bottom, left, and right margins can be set to ensure that the content exported from Harmoni goes into the appropriate place.
- Table headings and single number display prefixes and suffixes using the font family set in the PowerPoint template.
- The color of the graph axes and legends use a color that contrasts with the color set in the Background Styles, i.e., for dark-colored legends, choose a light color background style, and vice versa.
- When exporting a single view, the PowerPoint file will have two pages – the title page and one content page containing the view content.
- When exporting a full story with x pages, the PowerPoint file will have x+1 pages – the title page and a content page for each view.
2. Slide Master
Although the PowerPoint template includes two slides, the title page and the contents page, within the slide master, you may have multiple options available to include in the final PowerPoint presentation. Harmoni will export slides to the standard content page only.
To access the slide master in PowerPoint, click on View/Slide Master. Here you can see all the slide options available.
Once your PPT template is ready, save as PowerPoint.pptx and email to support@infotools.com.
You can add additional PowerPoint templates if required. Please reach out to support to discuss your needs.
