Using Population Projection allows you to view analysis results as population figures and see the actual size of the market. You can have a default projection set in the project and you can override this using the Projection drop zone.

Each project can have one projection item set as the default projection Learn more about projections.. This means that whenever you create an analysis, the projection set as the default is applied.

2. Projection Drop Zone
If there is no projection already applied to an analysis, or you want to override the applied projection, you can drag and drop a projection item into the projection drop zone of the analysis area.
- Drag and drop the population projection into the projection drop zone
- View numbers to see the projected counts
3. Remove Projection
If a default projection is applied, whenever you run an analysis, the projection is applied to the data and you will see the projection label included in the interactive title.
To remove the projection, click the projection label and then click the projection item in the drop-down list.
