1. Self-registration Link
To access a site in Harmoni, the first step is to register for access. This is usually achieved via clicking on a self-registration link sent to you by your Harmoni representative. The link is typically associated with a group that has access to a specific site where projects, stories and dashboards are stored.

If you are not sure how to obtain the link, contact your Harmoni representative and they can help distribute a registration link for you. If you are uncertain who your Harmoni representative is, please contact Support@infotools.com.
When you click a registration link, you'll see a registration screen.
Fields to complete:

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO SIGN IN
Email Address: Use your work email address. This will be your Harmoni username.
Password*
Confirm Password*
*Passwords must:
- Be between 8 and 20 characters
- Contain at least 1 number, 1 upper case character, 1 lowercase character, and one non-alphanumeric character
- Password and Confirm Password must match
Click on the Software Terms of Use Agreement text to read the Harmoni End User Terms. You must tick the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the Software Terms of Use Agreement.
Once the form is complete, click the Register button and your registration is complete. Click Return to login and you can log in.
Once you have registered, do not use the registration link again to log in.
2. Activate an Account
Activation usually happens immediately, but can sometimes take a little bit more time to facilitate. If this is the case you will get the message "This account is not active yet".

3. Sign In with Two Factor Authentication
Harmoni provides an option for two factor authentication. This is implemented when the company site is setup and is optional. If your company elects to have you authenticate you will see the following:
- Enter your login details
- You will receive a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code via email.
- The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code is a six-digit passcode valid for 10 minutes. You can resend the code if needed.
- Enter the code to complete the login.
If you have trouble logging in, double-check your junk folder for the passcode.
4. One Account Per User
Security is hugely important when dealing with sensitive data. Harmoni tracks where people log in from and the device used. Harmoni limits the number of people that can access an account to a single instance.
5. Forgot Password or Login Details
Your password can be reset at the main login screen. Click the Forgot Password? option to reset your password.
If you don't receive the automatic e-mail, please check your spam folder. You can also check with your IT department if e-mails are being blocked.

6. Log out of Harmoni
At the end of your session, you can click on the "Sign out" option in the top right corner.
